Which plan should I choose?
Essentials (€199/mo, or €169/mo billed annually) suits teams that want automated financial reporting and AI-generated commentary out of the box. If your priority is replacing manual board-pack work with a reliable, always-current financial snapshot, start here.
Growth (€499/mo, or €419/mo billed annually) adds trend analysis, industry benchmarking, risk indicators, and deeper AI insight across your full dataset. It is built for finance teams that want the “so what” — strategic context behind every movement. Growth includes a 14-day free pilot so you can validate value before committing.
Enterprise is for organisations with bespoke integration needs, multi-entity consolidation, or compliance requirements that call for a tailored deployment. Pricing is scoped to your environment — get in touch and we will shape it around you.
If you already use Power BI, you can add the Power BI connector (+€149/mo) on any plan to surface Stratavor intelligence inside your existing dashboards.

What is included in the free pilot?
Growth plan subscribers get a 14-day free pilot with full access to the platform — no feature restrictions and no credit card required. You connect your accounting system, data syncs automatically, and Stratavor generates your first AI-powered financial report within minutes.
You see what your board and leadership will see: real-time KPIs, trend analysis, benchmark comparisons, and narrative commentary that explains what changed, why it matters, and what it implies. If it does not deliver clear value within two weeks, you walk away with nothing owed.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can move between Essentials and Growth at any time from your portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep current features through the end of the cycle.
If you need to move to or from Enterprise, contact us and we will handle the transition directly.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. If you cancel, we retain your data for a defined wind-down period so you can export reports and download what you need. After that window, client data is deleted from our active systems.
Encrypted backup copies may persist for a short disaster-recovery retention window (typically 30 days), after which they are overwritten. We do not reintroduce deleted data into active systems, even during backup restoration. You can request immediate deletion at any time; we will process it in line with GDPR data subject rights.

What does Stratavor actually deliver?
Stratavor connects to your accounting system, ingests financial data automatically, computes a full set of canonical KPIs, and generates board-ready reports with AI-written narrative commentary. Every number is paired with a “so what”: what changed, why it matters, and what decision it points to.
You get a real-time financial dashboard in the portal, a downloadable PDF you can hand to your board or investors, trend analysis, industry benchmark context, and Ask Stratavor — an AI chat that answers follow-up questions about your own data in plain language.

How does the AI chat feature work?
Ask Stratavor is a conversational assistant inside your portal with context on your financial data — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, trends, benchmarks, and history. You ask in plain English (for example why gross margin moved, or how cash runway compares to peers) and get answers grounded in your numbers.
It is not a generic chatbot: it uses the same intelligence layers as your reports, and answers trace back to source data. The goal is analyst-grade responses — direct, specific, and actionable — without the multi-day turnaround.

Which systems can I connect today?
Stratavor supports Xero and QuickBooks Online for accounting, and HubSpot CRM for sales and customer data. You connect in minutes via secure OAuth (read-oriented scopes; we do not request write access to your ledger).
More connectors are on the roadmap. If you use something we do not support yet, get in touch — Enterprise customers can explore custom integration options.

Do you support teams already using Power BI?
Yes. The Power BI add-on (+€149/mo) is available on any plan. It brings Stratavor’s KPIs, trends, benchmarks, and narrative layer into Power BI so you do not have to abandon existing dashboards — you add the strategic commentary and risk framing boards expect.

How is customer data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). OAuth tokens and credentials sit in an encrypted vault with strict access controls. The portal enforces role-based access — users only see their organisation’s data — backed by row-level security in the database. MFA is supported for accounts.
Internal access to production is controlled, logged, and protected with MFA. Secrets live in secure vaults. We follow least privilege: nobody accesses raw client data unless needed for support, and access is auditable.
We use the OpenAI API under terms that prohibit using your data for model training. EU data residency is supported for API processing so processing can stay in European infrastructure end-to-end.

What compliance frameworks do you align with?
Stratavor is SOC 2-ready by design: policies and technical controls map to SOC 2 themes (security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, privacy). Formal SOC 2 Type I certification is planned as the client base scales.
We are GDPR-aligned: Records of Processing Activities, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for every client, data subject rights (access, correction, erasure), and data minimisation. Contracts are governed by Irish law, and infrastructure is configured so EU client data can remain in Europe.

The Trust Centre on stratavor.com links to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and security overview. We provide a DPA and NDA on request for prospects and customers.

What do you need from our team to onboard?
Someone with admin access to Xero or QuickBooks Online to approve the OAuth connection — the same kind of consent you use for any approved cloud app. Stratavor handles ingestion, KPI computation, reports, and commentary.
No spreadsheet uploads or mandatory configuration calls. Optional context (strategy themes, board concerns) can be added in the portal but is not required.

What support channels are available?
All plans include email support with fast response times. Growth and Enterprise receive priority routing and closer access to the team. The in-portal knowledge base and Ask Stratavor help with how-to and data questions.
Enterprise customers can add dedicated onboarding support and scheduled check-ins where needed.
